Unwashed or unworn merchandise may be returned within 5 days after delivery for a merchandise exchange or a full store credit.

1. Please include your packing slip.
2. On the packing slip, circle the item(s) you're returning and size, item you are exchanging for. Please indicate the reason(s) for your return on the reverse side of
the form.
3. Underwear, lingerie items and swimsuits or swimwear is non returnable due to health codes.
4. For exchanges, Please be sure to include sizes.
5. Pack your return securely in the original package if possible. Be sure to include the return form. If you do not have your original packing slip, please include the following information with your return: bill-to name, address and phone number; ship-to name, address and phone number; order number; reason for return; and requested exchange items if applicable.
